How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or cannot log in, you can reset it in a few quick steps.​

Step 1: Go to the Sign In Page

  • Open the TakeAway Tax Client Portal sign in screen.
  • You will see fields for your username (email) and password, along with a “Forgot Password?” link.​
  • Select “Forgot Password?” under the password field.
  • A reset screen will appear asking for the email you used to create your account.​

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

  • Type in the same email address you used when you first set up your portal account.
  • Click “Send Email” to receive a 6‑digit verification code.​

Step 3: Check Your Email for the Code

  • Open your inbox and look for an email from TakeAway Tax with your password reset code.
  • The email will include a 6‑digit code that expires in 15 minutes.​

Step 4: Enter the 6‑Digit Code

  • Return to the portal screen where it asks for the verification code.
  • Enter the 6‑digit code from the email, then click “Submit.”
  • Once the code is verified successfully, you will be taken to the Reset Your Password screen.​
