Is there a cost to enter the raffle?

No, entering the raffle is completely free.

Do I need to be present to win?

You do not need to be present at the time of the winner announcement. However, the gift basket must be picked up in person from the event location by 5:00 PM CT on Monday. Prizes not claimed by this deadline will be forfeited.

Will my information be shared?

No. Your information will remain private and will only be used for raffle administration and, if you choose to opt in, occasional updates from TakeAway Tax. You may opt out of communications at any time.

How can I become a TakeAway Tax client?

Becoming a client is quick and easy:

    Eligibility: The TakeAway Tax Gift Basket Raffle (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, franchisees, and affiliates of TakeAway Tax LLC, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Entry requires attendance at the 2025 Cougar Classic Golf Tournament.

    Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

    Prize: One (1) gift basket, with an approximate retail value of up to $250, will be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any additional costs or fees associated with acceptance of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

    Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing and notified using the contact information provided at entry. Proof of identity may be required to claim the prize.

    Non-Transferable: The prize is non‑transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.

    Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant permission for TakeAway Tax LLC to use their name, likeness, and/or photographs or video related to the awarding of the prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
